My approach to teaching yoga has evolved over the years, however I have always come from a place of feeling. How does the body feel when we explore different forms in yoga, rather than how does the body look? What emotions or sensations are we experiencing as we move into a particular form, and how do we respond in that particular moment?
It is my hope and intention that every person who joins me for yoga learns more about themselves and their body – discovering how to listen to their bones and muscles, and also their emotions and thoughts.
We take a gentle and curious approach together, and there is absolutely no expectation to be the most flexible, or the strongest, or the most knowledgeable. All you need to be is you, for that is more than enough.
BE Yoga* 6 Week Beginner’s Course
Starting Wednesday 15 February, continuing every Wednesday for 6 weeks
TIME: 6.15pm – 7.30pm
